Andrea Ivanova, an influencer from Bulgaria known for boasting the “world’s biggest lips,” has stirred up social media and international headlines after undergoing six cosmetic procedures in just one day.

Ivanova, who has already spent approximately £20,000 on lip fillers, faced her regular doctor’s refusal to perform more procedures, prompting her to find a specialist in Germany to continue her transformation.
At 26, Ivanova makes no secret of her desire to break the world record for the biggest lips and cheeks, despite the complications her appearance has already caused in her personal life, including difficulties in her love life. “My doctor was afraid to inject more hyaluronic acid into my lips, but I was determined to get more. I won’t stop,” the influencer stated regarding her decision to proceed with the procedures.
On February 21st of this year, Andrea spent £830 on a series of interventions that included chin modeling, enhancement and elongation, jawline shaping, lip augmentation, and cheekbone enhancement, all carried out on the same day. According to her, this approach was a personal “experiment” to test her body’s limits concerning aesthetic procedures.
The experience, however, came at a price beyond financial. “It’s very extreme because I’ve never taken so many injections in one day before,” Andrea confessed, highlighting the intense pain she felt after the procedures, describing difficulties even in smiling due to discomfort in her face, jaw, and chin.
Despite the challenges and pain, Andrea Ivanova shows no signs of wanting to reverse her striking look. With her regular doctor skeptical about continuing her aesthetic journey, she plans to return to the surgeon in Germany for future procedures, even in the face of concerns expressed by this professional.
Ivanova’s quest for a world record continues to be a controversial topic, sparking debates about the limits of aesthetics and body modification. While some admire her determination, others express concern over the health and well-being implications of her choices.
